Latest & Greatest Friday Link Party #5, Features, and Blog Love
We all know that one of the best parts of blogging is finding yourself in a new community of women who support one another and share their knowledge, tips, etc. I have been so lucky to "meet" so many in the short time I've been writing. Today I'd like to highlight a few!Melanie at Bear Rabbit Bear is always ready to share what she knows with others. She has a sunny personality that comes through in her posts and her tutorials are great too. She has an etsy shop as well and look at the cuteness of her wares.
Visit Tammy at Type A Decorating! I promise you won't be disappointed. She's running a Shabby Apple Giveaway right now! Check out Shabby Apple and then go to Tammy's site! Tammy is super sweet and I love reading her comments. It's like hearing from an old friend!
Next shout out goes to Jenny at Simcoe Street. Her style is impeccable and what she has done to her kitchen is magical. It's one of my favorite bloggeriffic kitchens and goes to show you that you don't need one of those 870000 sq. foot kitchens with an island that doubles as an indoor swimming pool to have style and panache.
Shannon at Fox Hollow is super positive and upbeat. She is always ready with a comment on FB or on blogs and loves to share other blogs she's found. Plus she made this light fixture look brand new with spray paint so that's pretty cool.
Carol over at The Answer is Chocolate is a woman after my own heart. She loves chocolate enough to have it in her blog name (that alone makes her way cool) and she is a master crafter! Take a look at her beautiful fall decorations!
There are so many more and I wish I could write a post long enough to include everyone!
Wanna see what I see when I turn the corner onto my street? This is why we bought the house (no, it wasn't the master bathroom vanity ).
Now onto our features from last week's Latest and Greatest #4!
Life on Walnut Street refinished this desk. It's a beauty now and frankly I think it looks brand new.
Brown Paper Packages created this gorgeous tufted headboard. It's a project I'd love to try my hand at but hers doesn't even look remotely DIY. Love it!
Keeley McGuire showed us how to make adorable lunches for kids. I love this sweet Hello Kitty lunch!
I appreciate everyone taking the time to link up! Now let's get onto this week!
