Spring Mantel (Seasonal Decor)
Did you have a good weekend? I hope so! We've been busy getting ready for spring around here although you wouldn't know it based on our weather reports. But it hasn't stopped me from decking out our mantel in some pretty springy things. I went simple, very simple, and I'm glad! I used the spring wreath I showed you last week, some milk glass, white candles, and a garland I made from some old chandelier crystals. So sparkly when the sun hits!
The garland was so simple. I just took a long length of thin black satin ribbon and every few inches tied on a crystal. I didn't even measure in between, just eye-balled it. I think it looks like April showers' raindrops!
I made the milk glass candle holders with some white spray paint and plain glass dollar store candle holders. I would like to get real ones some day but for now these will do!
And as far as spring goes, I say we all go angry mob on that groundhog! Such a liar.
Cheers!
Jenny

Sooo beautiful! That crystal garland is STUNNING. It'd be perfect for Christmas and other holidays too. Thanks so much for linking this up to Monday Funday!

These look like some great seasonal decorations. I might just do this.
